An elegant pair of Middle East clip on earrings made in the 1940s or 50s from sterling silver and plated with gold. The earrings are articulated. The top part is floral in shape and decorated with handmade tiny rosettes made of wound wire with a small drop in the middle. The bottom part is made of the old Ottoman style four petal flower link element, some decorated with rosettes, others with turquoise cabochons. From the bottom tier hang small disc pendants. Marked silver 925 on the back of the clip on mechanism. In good vintage condition.
